Alexandra Willett is a bilingual Canadian singer-songwriter of folk pop style with influences from jazz, indie, and rock. Her francophone roots emerge in her expressive lyrics that confirm her storyteller disposition.
Wishing first and foremost to connect with the people that surround her, Alexandra uses her music and her shows to create unique moments with the audience. She has incredible pep, a remarkable vocal talent and the ease of delivering the emotions behind her thoughtful lyrics.
The artist studied jazz music in Québec and musical theatre in British-Colombia. Being in theatre and on the West Coast allowed Alexandra to further develop and refine her unique style to what it is today.
You could hear her first EP “Tip Toe” on CBC Radio stations across the country as well as on all digital platforms. Her second EP "Coeur d'étain" was released June 2021 and can be heard on Canadian commercial radio stations. This December 10th, Alexandra Willett released "Page blanche", a single she wrote, recorded, produced and mixed herself.
